Yes, since it's a traditional media comic page.
(I do my pages using loose india ink and lithography nibs, traditionally.
To the artist: Well done! I love seeing the high-contrast, dramatic feel of pure inked line. If only I was more skilled in loose ink and could work in such detail as yours. (I tend to splatter it all over...)

That is, india ink. It comes in a little jar, usually.
(Y'know, like an inkwell for a quill or fountain pen?)
((And...your icon freaks me out, it has my name on it...))

Yeah that is what I use! This is one of my ink drawings: [link]
I love indian ink, I also have just start using micron pens, but only in combination with india ink and nibs.
I hated it at first because I always smeared it, I was too impatient (and I still am) with wet medias, not letting them dry! But with practice I got used to it, it is the only wet media I like, I hate paint(I am not to good with a brush, I have to use tape and cut out shapes with contact paper to make mask.), I and still getting used to marker because I can't really blend that well with them yet(I plan on working on that). Nice work thought I really like it!

Yes, they're Apaches. You can tell at a glance in three ways, the Cobra's gun is in the nose, but the Apache has sensors there, with the gun under the fuselage; Cobras have two rotors, Apaches have four; and the cockpit windows look considerably different.

i think you mean "no, they're Apaches." i see it now! mainly in the rotors. but i expect if i was drawing them in such fine detail i'd spot the distinctions more readily.

I was agreeing with the other guy, sorry for the confusion.
Also, I just noticed they're missing their chain guns. personally, I wouldn't want to pilot a weapon with only eight chances to fire.

Really great work. I really dig the dry brush look to the inking. Also, the Mickey Mouse graffiti is a nice touch.

Wow, what a pretty bit of action! Personally, I'd probably use a cheaper type of missile if I were attacking a non-fortified building, but very cool nonetheless...
