xD the reflection is just a crappy effect of reflecting the image, actually the reflection you make in an art program is quite wrong, so I had to cut some parts to make it look descent

But I usually use:
Photoshop Cs
Sai
Open Canvas
and I few others that it's not worth mentioning as I don't use them much
This pic was drawn by pencil, scanned and then inked and colored digitally
