Formerly many specialists and scholars of human behavior believed that daydreaming was a waste of time, and in some cases, came to regard as a symptom of emotional disorder. Even Sigmund Freud said that happy people never had fantasies, because we only did the unmet.
Now it's different, because doctors, based on modern research has shown that daydreaming is quite normal to all brain active. Our mind rehearses and tells us that there is something incomplete in our lives with the fantasy that we produce.Joy
