What exactly is going on? Not to be stupid, but I can't figure it out....

Medic was peacefully asleep at his desk and unprotected. Then Heavy arrives to find his Medic sweetly asleep and totally misses the Spy who scrambled under the desk at the last minute. The Spy is annoyed because his perfect target was taken from him by Heavy's blundering, and Heavy is happy because the Medic is finally getting some sleep.

Hold on, I zoomed in on the naughty photos on my phone, and the top photo says "For Doctor", so it was Heavy who took them, and he gave them to Medic as a gift.

He was going to backstab Medic, until Heavy walked into the room to check on him. So, to avoid being caught and/or killed, he scrambled under Medic's desk, angry and annoyed that the perfect target was taken away from him by Heavy's concern for Medic.

Your TF2 artwork is just beautiful. The colours, shading and atmosphere you achieve is amazing, and the natural way your characters interact in their expressions make the whole thing look like a coloured photograph. I aspire to such things
