is it just me or all the smaller harpias not fully grown

The first three harps are the only juveniles-- everyone else is fully grown or pretty much done! Also, the last few harpias are larger-than-average, especially Lockheed. Lancer is considered an average-sized gryph here-- she's not a colossus ahah.
