This is ben using Vilgax DNA, this form was temporally unlocked due to a bug in the omnitrix caused by vilgax triying to hack it by replacing Ben DNA with his own DNA to become the default user.

Ecology

The chimera where originally a slave species bio engineired by the galvan to work for them using the DNA of multiple species from five different galaxies actually including octopus from earth. They where built to be strong and durable but submissive. Vilgax is the exception because he is part of a special chimera subspecies (the sui generis) created to fight against the highbreed empire. The sui generis where few but warlike and quickly created a rebellion against the galvans who won the war and exiled the sui generis to the null void. Vilgax was one of them.

Enhanced Strengh: Can shatter the top of a mountain with his punches and lift around 200 tones making it one of ben strongest transformations
Enhanced speed: can run up to 60 Km/h
Superjump: Gax can jump one kilometer in one leap using this to fight against flying enemies
Tentacles: Chimera arms can be made into tentacles making it ben best grappler. This also allows them to swim or climb at fast speeds.
Underwater breathing: Chimera can survive in water and land.
Survivability: Chimera do not die unless their brain is destroyed and can survive one weak without oxigen even in space.
Criptobiopsis: In case there is no nutrients near they will put themselves into a near death state in order to be reanimated later in contact with water.
Heat Vision: Chimeras can shoot laser beams at a temperature of 1.200 degrees and are able of melting rocks and certain metals.
Telepathy: Chimera can metally speak with other members of the species. This allows them to comunicate during war time.

Weakness
Fast metabolism: Gax species has great power but need a lot of calories to mantain it with their muscle mass decreasing fast otherwise, they are tanks made for war and thus need a lot of fuel.
Nuclear grade weaponary: A clean hit of a nuclear grade weaponary can kill them for good.
Sterile: They cannot reproduce, not even clonning works as without galvan tech the fetus cannot survive the process.
