Description
Hamlet, my favourite tragic hero in his `inky cloak`, poor Yorick`s skull to his feet.Based on Kenneth Branagh`s interpretation of the prince. I could newer really decide, wether I could sympathize with him or not. Hamlet, not Kenneth Branagh, with whom I highly sympathize

How really wonderful! You've captured him so well, for some reason i'm drawn to his hand the most though. It's all just so lovely, are you thinking of illustrating a book or something anytime soon?

Simply striking. I really like this! Excellent work on the seperation of blacks, as I know that can be a pain to do in watercolor.

Imperious Cæser, dead and turned to clay,
Might stop a hole to keep the wind away.
Oh that that earth, which kept the world in awe,
Should patch a wall to expel the winters flaw.
There is far to little Shakespearian art in the world. I am glad to have found such a brilliant piece of work! Hamlet is in fact one of my favorite tragic hero's. I loved Branaugh's performance in Hamlet, Branaugh being one of the better choices for his characters insane side.

He is a great actor. Pity he received so much negative criticism in his career.

This is really great. Hamlet was pretty messed up, poor guy. You've captured the feel of the play quite well!

Oh wow, looks awesome. He has a really nice facial structure and his outfit looks good. I really like the background and Yorrick's skull (assumedly) is a nice touch

I have mainly seen his Shakespeare-based movies so far, but I looked on amazon for "How To Kill Your Neighbor`s Dog" and it sounded really funny. So, I believe I`ll give my parents a hint concerning christmas presents
