I really like the mood you made for this peice. It makes me think of an older Mary Poppins, or maybe the old, kind Hag who taught her her tricks. Didn't Mary talk to animals? There was that robbin. Somehow this lady seems so different though. It must just be something about old people and that sense of wisdom that comes from them!
There's definetely wonderful feeling of lonely London rooftops in the distance, that sort of add to and contrast her gentle smile.

This piece is wonderfully done.
It does remind me of those storybooks. It looks extremely professional and innocent classical at the same time.
I absolutely love it.
Amazing job

Yes, I wasn't going crazy... this definitely reminds me a little of the style of Miyazaki's style of animation. The old lady in particular, with her long nose and long fingers, made me think of a mix of Castle In the Sky, and Spirited Away. What a lovely, LOVELY piece of work!! Very intricate, yet still evokes a lot of feeling and thought. Almost illustrative- you think that there is some missing story to this, and yet you know that it's best that you fill in the blanks yourself.

Wow...... so nice..... good job putting that watercolor to work. It's got the atmosphere, space, story, and skill. DD needs more ass-kicking traditional art like this.

Her face looks like the ones drawn by Hayao MIYAZAKI in Spirited Away (Sen to Chihiro no Kamikakushi).
Awesomely detailed.

I know that isn't London in the back-ground, as the building's aren't quite right for that, but it makes me think of London, and Mary Poppins, but a cooler Mary Poppins, like Mary Poppins taken over by Tim Burton. I love the kitty.

An excellent piece. I really like the composition and the sense of depth you achieve. Stunning. As someone else said, it looks like a book illlustration.

Wow, this is beautiful! I love all the greys and how they all just work together instead of dulling the picture horribly like how greys tend to do. The details on the hag are also extremely wonderful and the idea of her asking a cat ON THE ROOF is just adorable. Which is weird, because she isn't. Which makes it even better. <3
