@Arkadium: (1) Open the photo in a graphics editor (duh); (2) copy the color part of the photo you want to keep using the wand; (3) paste this into a new layer; (4) switch the original layer to black and white; (5) clean up edges of the colored layer to ensure you didn't get too much.
