Description
This is Frosting (yes, like the sweet pastry topping). She is a loner of the icy mountains. She is well-resistant towards the cold, ice, and lower temperatures. Her friends (more like acquaintances) find her to be rather open, and an easy friend to make. She likes the solitude of the frost-covered mountainside, especially when the skies are clear, and the sun hits the ice just right. Her staff is a tool to channel her ice powers, and serves her well in clearing openings. She likes to use for ice sculptures, which she displays in her hidden vale.

The design was based off the new Toa body builds, as well as a larger version of my recent Mini-MOCs. Her staff is in similitude and tribute to Turaga Matau's staff. I started with the circular saw blade itself, and worked from there
