Even though he's put the cult behind him, in those quiet moments alone, Alexios feels guilty for all the atrocities he's inflicted across Greece. Indoctrination isn't so easily washed away, and every day he tries to suppress those fleeting sparks of Deimos clawing its way up from the prison of his past.

Yes I know the "good" ending of AC Odyssey is too happy to be true but I'd like to think my poor Alexios got to live his best life free from being Deimos

On a side note, I don't think I've stared at how to fix a portrait longer than this one. It's such a good feeling when you finally figure out what's off with the painting! 😮‍💨
