The first time I painted this in 2021 was my first attempt at painting bold shadows on portraits. It was scary putting something dark on her face, which is why the end result wasn't what I originally had in mind. Now I can recreate something closer to my initial idea!

Jane in the jungle! She was actually a portrait study speed paint but her hair reminded me of Jane sooo here we are! I tried new lighting techniques which was pretty tricky! Not sure how I feel about this one haha.
BY THE WAY, if you first saw this on my Instagram, it's been updated to have blue eyes instead of green. My bad!
