August is the hottest month of the year here in Lilypad! Villagers far and wide across the town are suffering from the heat...
Unable to make it back home to their glade after visiting Poach at the Fountain , Araluen collapses in the river near the Hollow Forest only for Asami to wander by. They attempt to eat her at first, but spare her when they learn she speaks Japanese. Even after being almost eaten Asami treated Araluen very nice and even invited them over for dinner, confusing them greatly. Guess she's off the menu for good.
