The internet actually. I was looking for someplace to get away from my home city, Forest Hills and I stumbled across a mention of Lilypad. The site must of been outdated of something because so far the town has been completely different. What about you?

Avyanna: A map I found had Lilypad Town on it and it sounded nice.
I think I used to live in Forest Hills at some point it sounds familiar.

...There is one question I've been wanting to ask, but I didn't want to seem rude or like I was jumping to conclusions. But you are mute, right?

Avyanna: You're not being rude Zenith by this point I'm quite used to being asked some form of that question.
And yes I am. I haven't always been mute heck before I became mute I had been having singing lessons so that I didn't sing with an accent.

Avyanna: I have a stalker that has kidnapped me about a dozen times.
During one of the times that he kidnapped me he removed my vocal cords because he got tired of hearing me scream.
He should be in jail now and honestly I'm praying that he dies there just so that I don't have to see or hear from him again.

Actually, I think I would prefer if we wrapped up for today. I enjoyed our little conversation and I'm glad you came over, but I'm starting to feel a bit exhausted. It's been an eventful day. I hope you don't mind, I'm not trying to get rid of you or anything, I just think it's time to end. Maybe we could meet at the cafe, or do something else, sometime and talk some more?

*Zenith smiled at the hug and shut the door. It was time for another nap, he sure did need it.*

Sniffing around to the trail of a familiar scent, Vayne was soaked and sopping wet- possibly having had slunk out recently from a nearby freshwater source. His sleek, massive body shone in the midday sun as he followed whatever had piqued his interest enough to give pursuit.
Coming to a halt, a few steps away from Zenith- he had immediately connected the distinct scent with that rather awful tasting rabbit.
Vayne: "Oh. It's you."
Vayne: "Easy prey. You're very much alive... and still unappetizing with that."

*At the sound of a horrifyingly familiar voice, Zenith, who was on his way to the river to fish, whipped around. His eyes locked onto the large leech and went huge. Stumbling back his nose twitched with fear.*
What... how... you... I thought... I thought you lived in Lavender Lake...

Tilting his head to the side, Vayne mentally clicked the two terms together, adding them to his ever expanding library. Lavender Lake... so that's what that patch of territory was called around here. He stayed abnormally silent for a long period of time, occasionally rumbling his odd, alien chitters in the pit of his throat.
Vayne: "...I migrate where I see fit."
He eventually spoke, sounding oddly calm- erratically contrasting to how he had acted before.

*Zenith sighed and stood up strait. He could barely bring himself to be scared, being instead drained still from his last encounter with the alien and his sudden startle today. He had never considered his luck to be bad, but if this kept up he would be more willing to consider it more than a mere coincidence. Of course it did moved around, why wouldn't it. And here he was so sure that fishing in the river would be fine. Well, if this thing was here, then he might just go back to the lake.*
Is there a reason you're stalking me? I thought I didn't taste good, wouldn't that mean I smell the same way?

Vayne: "HAHAHAHA!!"
Vayne: "There isn't much of a desired reason, easy prey."
His snout wrinkled with disdain.
Vayne: "More that I could recognize you instantly from your disgusting, putrid taste. I was in disbelief if it did belong to you but so it does. Your scent and any other prey's is an indicator of edibility and I've already deemed you stupid to eat."
Vayne: "Maybe it would be fun to hunt you down for the sport of it. To see you plead and writhe in mercy."
He growled out loudly then exhaling sharply into a bloodcurdling hiss.

*Zenith gave a nervous chuckle and started gathering his stuff. It was high time he left. He had fishing after all to do the lake, far, far away from the river.*
Actually, why don't we put that idea on the back burner. I really have to get going, and I'm sure you have other people to terrorize. So, goodbye.
*He gave a nervous smile, nose starting to twitch again. Slowly started to back away from the alien.

With a deep, guttural click of his ajar sharpened maw, the otherworldly being gave a quickened lash of his slick tail and it slammed against the ground with a heavy, deafening thud. He lowered his built body, akin to a prowling stance and like the unlucky night when they met prior- even in the light of day, his gill-like organs had dimmed completely.
Letting out a nightmarish screech, Vayne charged directly for the rightfully anxious rabbit, rows of pointed teeth glinting as his horrendously unearthly tongue had lolled out like a maniac.

*Instead of freezing like last time Zenith dropped his stuff and in true rabbit fashion, bolted. But even as he ran he knew that it really would be no use. His full speed might be fast, but he couldn't keep it up for long, and unlike a feral rabbit he had no nearby warren to hide in. If this thing was fast and truly wanted to catch him, then it would.*

Side-winding past trees and weaving through obstacles at a terrifying, unnatural speed- Vayne hunted after him with a hysterical, psychotic laugh to boot. It was drenched in such a jarring, loud reverb that nearly anyone's body would run cold upon hearing it for the first time. His jaws snapped shut loudly behind Zenith's fragile back, inches away as he relentlessly bolted, repeatedly by a means of snagging the creature's suit with his maw.
Eventually, with a final lunge forwards, he tilted his head and clamped his deadly jaw successfully around Zenith's waist like a mere, soft twig. Instead of the unfortunate fate of Vayne seamlessly sinking into the tender flesh of his captured prey, his snout expectedly wrinkled with disgust and like a play thing, the monstrous leech carelessly flung Zenith into the air- directly into the arcing path of a neighboring, wide stream.

*Zenith gasped for air as his head emerged from the stream. It wasn't very deep but it was still something he wouldn't want to be thrown into. He pulled himself out on the side away from the alien. He was shaking hard from both fear and the cold water that was soaking into his fur. Stumbling to his feet, he pressed a hand to his waist. The giant leech's bite hadn't been painfully deep, but it still hurt, and was a wonderful reminder about how deadly this creature was. Zenith moved back, breathing heavily. He couldn't run much anymore, and the cold water and his sore waist weren't helping. Still he had to get away from this thing, even if he just stumbled along.*

And just like that, as the massive alien quietly observed Zenith's struggle from afar- he let out an exhaled huff and stalked elsewhere from view with a rumbled sound from his throat- possibly to another section of the winding river. Apparently, he had lost interest already? He had proven to be quite fickle with his actions and motives...

*Zenith glanced behind him to find that the alien was no where to be seen. Whether that meant it had found him boring and left or it was simply hiding somewhere he couldn't see waiting to pounce, he didn't know. Though, whatever the reason was his destination didn't change. He needed to get home.*
