I'm reading that novel. I've gotten to the part where Corran enrolls in Luke Skywalker's Jedi academy under his birthname of Keiran Halcyon, which was the name of Corran's Jedi forebear.

This still seems pretty amazing. Although I never really got into the expanded universe after the original trilogy. Although I did start to read the X-wing series which featured Corran Horn with his silver lightsaber....so maybe I did to an extent...
