I was taken at the same place my fall pictures were taken it was up at Mt. Hope Reservoir. I knew the little falls was there I just was not sure how it would look that day.

Neat! I was thinking of wandering around looking for frozen waterfalls sometime myself. I wonder how cold it needs to be to freeze entirely.

I think to freeze entirely it would have to be below zero. In less it moves very slow most of the time. Then maybe not quite so cold.
