I love the idea of bird races, it always made me sad they are so rare in videogames. Eagles usually get center stage, but I feel vultures, falcons, and waterfowl are severely underrated. Vultures especially who are usually painted as ugly and villainous when the old world breeds are often beautiful in a way.

about the feet, yes yes ^^ But I didn't feel them appropriate for these characters, they do not fly and they don't use the feet to catch prey. I tried to make adaptations to the species I felt the most appropriate.

I love this concept and how it turned out. His forearms look a little odd and wide but I get that because its possibly supposed to have "wings", If that were the case it would be nice to see a larger emphasis on it or skimming it down to lessen confusion. Your texture is beautifully done however some of it is lost on the tail as it looks like less effort was placed into making it fit. (I accept the fact that it has a tail isn't that a funny thing...) Maybe more of a fan shape or different texture would make it fit even better. All in all I love the idea and execution and it can still be worked on but its still top notch.
(I hope I don't sound snobbish in this I really wanted to be serious)
