Been working with to improve his work (which has been looking really good recently!). But one thing that eluded him was what was postwork, how does it work, and what does it do? I hopped on a discord call with him and took one of his renders and showed him what I might do to finish it up for release. Now it's not perfect, I could have spent more time around the edges a bit etc. But threw a lot of things at him like background replacement, color correction, color grading, midtone adjustments with burn and dodge, adding light bleed, etc. Overall, I think for a quick 30 minutes, it was a pretty impressive transformation. What do you think?
