Hmm, perhaps I can theorise that the word "Bouncer" to them is referred as a loose or activated grenade when it's thrown by the enemy. And, "Extractor" can be another meaning for "Clearing", otherwise referred to as neutralising the hostile target to clear the area. Maybe, I think.

Indeed and it's obvious to say that they are an alien military race. So that really explains for their terms.
