Description
This is Syrus. He is a Chupacabra that lives in a dead spot in the forest, meaning compasses don't work and electronics get no signal. You can still use offline stuff, but just no signal for help or internet. He's able to change from human to feral form on command mostly unless he has a iron deficiency, when he goes feral and goes into a literal bloodlust. He can still process some things when in a Bloodlust, but it's very difficult for him.

His tongue is also a pharyngeal jaw with three prongs, but rather than solid bone, the tips are keratin and can be sheathed in the muscle to give it the appearance of a relatively normal tongue even though it is still pointed at the end. The tongue extends into his ribcage and is able to coil behind the sternum where he has a second stomach specifically for fluids, namely blood that he guzzles down and tries to at least have some amount so he doesn't go into a Bloodlust, especially around visitors. He can eat other things that just go to the main stomach, things that humans and animals can eat, and when there's no guests around he will happily eat livers and lungs from fresh kills since they have one of the highest iron counts of the organs, though he does end up eating the rest of the animal anyways.

Teeth can kind of extend in feral form like a snake, but the function is inoperable in human form, though his teeth are sharper than regular people. The 'teeth'/prongs on the tongue can secrete multiple fluids, such as an anticoagulant to keep the victims blood flowing, a neurotoxin for larger and more dangerous prey like bears, and even a shrinking/unthinking fluid.

Usually wears a black turtleneck sweater and jeans with dark shoes.
