Oooooooh... Conquering Tide animated? What's this!?

Ok, so I've always planned to take Conquering Tide further. I knew I wouldn't be able to film season 2, so I had to plan how I wanted the rest of the story to be told.

Novel? Web Comic? Animation?
How about all three?

The one major problem I encountered with the animation side, was that my original drawings would be FAR too complicated to animate. So simplification was needed... so then they just started to look like Dreamworks' "Spirit"... and I don't want my characters to look like something that's already out there. I want each character to be distinctively recognizable, by shape, personality and colour.
So, after watching a few episodes of the Ricky Gervais Show, I tried to infuse a popular design technique, and here's the result!

I could explain so much more, but I need to get back to work.
