This is a gift for !!It's her and Jack-O-Lantern from The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy!
Sorry the paper isn't in real good condition...it got folded...
Anyway, what I did for this is, I colored it in colored pencil, then colored over the pencil with copic markers.
