Description     She fought down her frustration and took a breath, trying not to sigh. Turning her attention to the present Shina, she found the Panda had picked up Cipher’s sword, which Yuwa had deftly knocked from his hands, and sauntered over to her fallen lover. She gently set his weapon down at his side as she knelt behind him, then lifted him up, placing his head in her lap. She then leaned forward and began deftly running her hands along his body, lightly massaging the aches and fatigue from his chest, shoulders, and arms.
If Cipher wasn’t asleep before, it would be miraculous if he wasn’t now, he practically melted under Shina’s touch. Seeing him look so deathly peaceful caused a twinge of guilt to run across Yuwa’s face; had she pushed him too hard, or were Shina’s hands just that comforting? She knew it was a mix of both, and she wasn’t sure which one she wanted to be the greater of the two factors.
Regardless of how she felt, Shina’s rubdown continued. Her efforts had shifted to Cipher’s head and neck, giving her a chance to caress his cheek with her thumbs. He leaned into her palms, the only indication he was aware of what was going on, and hummed. “Are you feeling better,” she cooed.
Cipher’s voice was barely a whisper, an airy, hollow sound, “...yeah…”
-Advent From Elsewhere: The Strange New, Chapter 14-The Heroes of Kumatari Part 1

No matter where you go or what you do, find someone who will pick you up when you fall down, perk you up when you feel down, prop you up so you don't get knocked down, and never let them go.
And if you can't find that kind of person, be them.
