What is the deception? The fact that I will normally draw Awais, well or not, in a fantastic pose with amazing expressions or grins. But another fact, in canon and the right storyline, Awais in fact is very ill, not only in mind but in body. He can lift a gun and shoot a gun, and when he walks its wobbly and he faceplants and stumbles a lot. He seizures and vomits and drools. While he's a perfect example of a sadistic villan... he's not capable of doing much anyone could imagine. Though give him incentive to bite you, and I'm sure he could.

This is a speculation of what a post-seziure or a collapse might look like. Mind the vomit and blood. I won't put a mature rating on it.
