Hey guys! Been working on my facial proportions and skin tone lately. Since I recently went to see Demi Lovato in concert, I decided to use her as my subject of studyI'm slowly getting better at faces. I don't feel like I've done her justice though...but she's so pretty, I might do some more of her!! Anyways...now I need to get on my actual to do list
This was painted using Clip Studio Paint. Total time ~6 hours

apart from some hard edging at the borders of colors (which almost everyone does until they've been through four years of college art courses) this is incredible and very lifelike! you matched up all of her facial features and proportions so well it's impossible to mistake her for anyone else! wonderful job <3

Great work on this portrait!
Painting portraits like this are very tough, I've been watching an artist named on youtube www.youtube.com/user/Istebrak She really knows her stuff and is extremely helpful with this style. I would suggested taking a look, it really changed my perspective on how to paint. I just play her videos as I draw or paint (Because they are about an hour long each).
