So a while ago, my very good friend sovereigncyborg on Instagram (and one of my IRL friends) gave me a cyborg character since they made her but didn’t really know what to do with her. So, when I was working on adopting her and drawing her in my style, I decided to do it on toned tan paper (as I got a toned tan sketchbook at the time) as she had bright, irregular skin tones. I also wanted to use this as practice for drawing different bodies and face shapes (noting she is robotic and has one eye). The proper final date for when I finished this piece was 7/31/2019, not 6/17, but at the time I had originally finished this, I didn’t think I’d add more. It doesn’t help that I have been extremely bad at posting in general lately despite I have a lot of art I’ve been meaning to post.

This is Zoe. She’s an android like Syringa and Salvia, but she doesn’t really have a specific purpose like they do (or at least, from what she recalls). She’s very curious, excitable, bubbly, and she likes arm and leg warmers and other fashions. She typically wears bright colors that pop (she loves neon hues and bright pink). However, she tends to forget, or tends to be unaware of the fact that she is a robot and not human, as much as she acts like it. She’s very easy to spot noting her skin hue, her large purple eye, and her bright outfits. Zoe is also rather clumsy due to her build. Zoe doesn’t have proper feet. So when she tries to run or move faster than she is built to, it isn’t uncommon for her to slip and fall over. Zoe has fallen over countless times and yet she hasn’t broken something in her system yet. She’s very bad with stairs and escalators due to her build, and considers them an enemy. Zoe processes things very quickly, so it doesn’t take long for her to figure things out, but she doesn’t feel the need to go through complex problems as she just goes with the flow and does her own thing. Syringa and Salvia find her to be a very interesting and different AI as result of this.
