Ball point pens + Sharpies. About two hours, start to finish. It's what I do during "spare" time. I say "spare" because it's time I really should have spent on that COM paper. Elements of old school tattoo flash mashed into one busybusybusy piece. It was nice while it lasted (only about half an hour after completion).Oh, p.s. that's my right thigh.

Hey, was that all freehand? I have been trying to find a combo ink+paper that will work for tattoo transfers without all the specialty transfer pencils/thermal paper. Great design.

I'm adding this to my faves..I used to do this myself years ago..
Kids would come home with what resembled real tattoos and the parents would freak out!
