FULL VIEW - you need to see it in it's MIGHY glory!the second in the series of work i've been doing for concepts of my characters true forms. Ever wonder why dkitty has an wierd patch over his eye? cause he got's his face ripped open in his demon form XD anyway, just another concepty sort of sketch work i photoshopped up a bit. I think this is my favorite of the two.

supprisingly this piccy took less time because it was a sketch that i roughly colored. hmm... kinda ironic how the stuff i don't put much time into seems to come out the best. XD it's a new technique that i've been toying with, and i think i really like the results so far

Everytime you kill a cat, doom kitty splatters more blood.
The words hiss, they seem oddly out of place. It may be that his mouth isnt in that direction.

hehehe. How much was photoshopped and how much did you colour by hand? Or did you start with just a pen sketch? Either way, very nice. (I'm going to raid your dorm and force you to teach me to photoshop stuff better [nodnod].)

most of it was hand done... with ink for shading. then it was quickly colored in photoshop just for the effect. the final product definately came out waaaay better than the sketch XD

Highly impressive. Nice, darker, version of a previosuly cute character concept. Love it!
The green/grey base with red patches (is that blood, all of it?) is a very nice combination. The eyes are still as "empty" as the cute version, but this time denotes demon-ness rather than kawaii-ness.
