It would depend with what you have in mind, and whether or not I have to go out and buy a base toy I do have a bunch of the pretty standard cat/dog/etc sorts. I'd say $20 + shipping for simple ones, like jingles if I have the base toy at home. (they take about 6 hrs work + supplies like fabric/thread) If you want something extremely elaborate or I don't have a base toy to work from, we would figure out a price.
