I don't get it. Who decides who comes out on top in this tournament? Is it usually Unknown-persons character? Cuz he's the only one who does the animation and I think people will go with that than a comic variant?

What's to say that hasn't already been said. Seriously entertaining, and I could still read the action despite the decrease in visuals given your circumstances.
Your expressions, particularly on Mizuno are tops. I know round 2 is pretty much beginning, but I hope this doesn't spell the end for him.

I am absolutely BLOWN AWAY both both your and ~Unknown-person 's entries!! Honestly, they're some of the most action-packed, interesting and creative fights I've ever seen! 
And what's more, both you guys' characters are so... so fascinating! I just can't get enough of their personalities and my only regret is that they can't interact MORE!!! But at least, you two's entries in this round are nothing short of an undeniable blast to read/witness. And I sincerely thank you for that. Best of luck!

you did an excellent work with this comic. it has a good storyline, and you use your opponent's character very well. And mizuno... he is so cute. after reading this comic and seen unknown-person's animation, I am liking him a lot
it is a hard opponent the one you have... but winning or not, you have to be proud of your own work
