HOW INSTALL IT
-------------------------
1) Find the folder of the icon theme that you are using. (/home/
2) Just rename the file "start-here.png" in the folder "24x24" to "start-here.png.backup".
3) Copy the matching picture of your distribution in this folder and rename it to "start-here.png".
4) Reload the icon theme in gnome-appearance-properties.
5) Set the height of the panel which is using the main menu at 24px.
That's all folks!

Thanks ! I just tried to make a new design (this one's old and lurks in one of my old computers that I don't use anymore) but XFCE's app button didn't look good after that.
There's a border around the image that annoys me and maybe some tweaks would remove it but I don't know how to proceed.

Oh il y a plusieurs styles.
