Most of the other icons or similar icons can be found in the Icons section of my gallery. But you'll have to make your own icon skin - or hack your own imageres.dll file!

PS: Always back up before you change a system file. I don't recommend changing shell32.dll.

I use Resourcehacker - it's free. Although it is plainly designed for nothing more advanced than Windows XP (it cannot display large icons) it still works perfectly well in W7 and there is even a beta version for 64-bitters. From the website it would appear that the Angus Johnson, the author of the program has moved on to bigger things and wants nothing more to do with it. Which in my opinion is a pity.
