Zip file contains 3 folders.One for XP and Vista.
One for Windows 7 and Windows 8, which can be displayed at up to 48 pixels.
One for Windows 10, which can be displayed at up to 64 pixels.
This preview shows the 48 pixel version. The real cursor may be faster and smoother than deviantArt shows.

Cursor Colors. Either Colorify or Lighten and Darken
