i have purchased and downloaded the lines but on every program i have iv tried to use them (sketch book pro 6, painttool sai, and photo shop elements) all of them does no have the lines on another layer so the colours go over the lines
is there some way i/you can fix this?
or can i get my points back?

In photoshop/sai, you have to make the line art set to multiply (you must unlock the layer in photoshop) then you put the coloring layer under the compressed files to color.

and is there a way you can use the select tool on it on sai
it selects the whole page not just up to the lines
