I saved it as a JPG-file at some point by accident... ;_; Artifacts everywhere...I drew this Rarity a year ago (about the time Spike gave her the heart shaped jewel) and now decided to start working on it again. Recolored, added the frames and retouched the lineart.
I really dislike doing cell-shading nowadays...

Very nicely done! I like how you used your own design but left enough Rarity-isms in there so that there is no doubt as to who it is.

Beautiful! I really like to see the ponies femme-ing it up sometimes. This is delightfully girly and elegant. Nice use of accents - the diamonds, bows, roses and sparkles are well-placed and not over-the-top. I love this.
