Anthro art needs work, BG is nice but looks like a real life picture edited since your anthro art seems too low to (no offense) produce such a background.
Technique is pretty invisible, and there's only impact if you're a furry-lover or somethin'.

I must say that I am impressed by this image. Combining the character drawn in your style against such a stylish background is truly ingenious. I can't think of many words to describe how decent this picture is, but I must try because I can't submit a critique that is too short. I guess what I like the most about this picture is how happy the character is with the variety of wardrobe she has to choose.
