Ming and Xavier were a little confused when the man approached them, identifying himself as Officer William Hazel, he had them under arrest, apparently loitering had become a major offense. They were even more confused when, after handcuffing them, he pulled out two rolls of duct tape and use them to tape their mouths shut. They were even more confused (and outraged in Xavier's case), when he kept groping Xavier's chest as he lead them to his car. Even more confused when his car didn't look like a police car at all.

"Well guys, there's a change of plans, I'm not taking you to the precinct, instead I'm gonna take you to my place, you're going to make nice additions to my collection!"

Perhaps they should have checked his badge better in the first place!
