The drawing is a very well drawn but what can be worked on is the shading with the white that made it glow. Some places it seems a bit to bright, like in the darker areas it is very noticeable and to me and doesn't look very nice. But how you can fix it is making it a little more transparent and it'll most likely look better. Over all the drawing is very nice and you should keep up the good work!! I hope this can help you in any way and isn't harsh in any way, love your work!
