you do not have permission to use this photo This Cooper's Hawk flew in and landed in a tree a few yards away from where I was standing a few feet from the birdfeeders. This guy sent the birds flying for cover, the Blue Jays screaming and the Chickadees calling out in their chicka-de-de de alarm call. He didn't stick around long, he only stayed there long enough for me to snap this photo before he flew off.
