I haven't actually used the max security cuffs at a shoot yet. I think they are buried in my outfit bag somewhere still

They may be suitable as the legcuffs for horizontal poses bondage

Those cuffs are built for the wrists only using them on ankles will cause severe pain to the ankle's. I do have leg irons as well though they have the usual length as the ones you'd find in the corrections system
