Okay so this is my entry for BA this week. I spent a very long time on it, the turtles each took about four hours the background and the ninjas took another four hours, so yeah a very long time working on this one, and i need a break
Done in GIMP with a digital tablet

yeah I had this idea about the lil turtles going back in time
and then zapping back in another time frame where Bebop and Rock
