hahahaha! this is badass. akira goes drivethru, i LOVE it. i absolutely love all the deatails you put into your illustrations. that's actually key to a good image i think. i mean you can draw something with great proportion but until you go in and add accent marks and hairs and chips and dings and hairs and fingernails a hems in pants and shit, it's just a drawing. once you put in all those little ass seemingly unnecessary details it seems to come to life and that's why i absolutely love your stuff. especially stuff like this.

I've really been digging your tat work. Your coming along real well on it, and it's very cool conceptually.
The guy who got Moosed is a really sweet one.
Could be a hidden camera show.

Not sure how it corresponds to print size, but it's 11''x14" in a sketch book.

Nice MAC-10, although the magazines are old M3A1 mags so they don't have floorplates that protrude from the bottom like handgun mags do.
I always figured ol' Ronald for a PPSh-41 myself. After all, he's doing what Stalin never managed to. Take over the world.

I'm not sure if is a Mac-10, I based it more off a particular model I saw at a gunshow (part of the inspiration).
He said it fired .45 rounds instead of 9mm but I can't be sure.
And it had an open side on the clip and you could see the spring.
The floor plate is real exaggerated, I just never liked smooth ones visually.
Even when I draw a banana clipped AK-47 I put a lip on it.
Personally I think Ronald is more of a shiv type of guy. Something rusty, so if it doesn't kill you, the tetnis will be something to remember him by.
Thanks for checking it out.

It's a MAC-10 then. The MAC-11 was the 9x19mm variant(it also used sten mags which were similar in design to the M3 mags).
No operational magazine has an exposed spring anymore. The lesson was learned after the chauchat blunder(the chauchat was undoubtedly the worst firearm ever designed). Such an opening lets dirt in which could mess up the mag or the action.
Please let me have misread that where you said clip instead of magazine. Please. There is a major difference. A clip has no spring or follower and is usually used to hold ammunition before loading. En bloc clips are similar to clips but hold the ammo in the rifle IN the magazine(like in the US Rifle .30cal M1 and the Styer Manlicher(sp) rifle). I would load my SKS from a clip INTO the magazine. Magazines themselves have a spring and follower(the part that pushes the rounds). Whether it's permanently fixed or detachable is not an issue for terminology. The terms are not interchangable. Ok, a Mac-10 it is.
Maybe the dude wanted to be an amatuer gunsmith, or maybe I'm not remembering the "magazine" right. Most likely the latter.

Although the ones at gunshows are semi-auto knockoffs that have vastly different internals and are useless shit(for the cost of them you could buy a decent MBR(Mosin-Nagant 91/30) and a good handgun(Vz. 52) and STILL have money for a few hundred rounds for both.
Probably both. Gunshows are great for ammo and interesting pieces, but they tend to have a dangerously high "garbage to quality" ratio.

Well then you'd probably know allready, or could correct me on whats going on with the 10mm handguns I heard some scuttle but about recently.
Is there such a thing, and are they going to be switching the police and military over to those?
I figure after that would be the best time to buy a regular 9mm.

10mm is a good round. A little expensive, but a terrific round none the less. If you get one, go for a GLOCK. They're durable as all fuck and very accurate(even when beat to hell). A lot of police are going to it because it's got much more energy than the 9x19. I wouldn't know about militaries using it though. I think of it as an equal to the .45ACP as far as all-around effectiveness goes. 9x19mm is good as well, but a little underpowered. I wouldn't want to be shot with it, but it's not as good as the 10mm(although it's a hell of a lot cheaper).
If you want cheap and effective, the Vz(often mistakenly called Cz)52 is a wonderful piece. Ammo is cheap, it's accurate, and the round will deal with any kevlar vests up to IIIa level. It fires 7.62x25mm ammunition. It's got a lot of speed to it and with soft points it's on par with the .45ACP.
