Description

Haha! I kind of barged into the Baldi's Basics fandom for a bit.
I've played the game itself, it's quite challenging and requires strategies.
But due to my impatience and ticking bomb behind the back, I said: "BLOODY HELL, I'LL WATCH SOME GAMERS FINISHING IT FOR ME-!"

My liking to the game has grown and knowing the fandom is doing fine (for now) and I want to do my fair share of love by contributing an terrible character. She may be triggering if you look deeper in the picture and understand who she's inspired by. Now those inspirations, I don't disrespect the victims, people and etc. I just want to have fun while address a issue as well.

According to the Principal's Office Page:
"Oh shoot! Here comes the rule-breaker for the 4th Time. Don't accept anything from rule-breaker, EVER."

[This section will be the sta.sh area of Rule-Breaker's page, once I've completed it.]

Character Appearance:

Out of the humanoid characters, Rule-Breaker is one of the tallest within Here's School playhouse.

Her appearance was made from the air-spray option within the Ibis Paint X Program, giving rule-breaker an graffiti based style.

Which gave the character's rebellious and dark clothing. Rule-breaker's eyes are completely blacken out by the air-spray, resembling a nobody.

Otherwise, she follows the basic grey, yellow, black and brown color palette.

Threat Levels:
May range from low to high depending if there's other characters around.

Mechanics:

Rule-breaker, unlike most of the other characters, won't pose as a obstacle for the player when it comes to collecting notebooks.

This is due to the character remaining hidden throughout the game, she doesn't appear to pop up in any location.

The only places that Rule-breaker is found is within small rooms or dead end corners of the game, where Rule-Breaker can be seen spitting out references about the game or the internet itself. Even events that have happen in real life, some of them are heavy subjects.
Upon interaction thou, Rule-Breaker's nice enough to provide the player an random item that may be useful to the gameplay.

Items may include:

BSODA

Quarter

Zetsy Bars

Baldi's Anti Hearing and Disorienting [BAHAD]

Principal's Keys

Yellow Door Lock

After they get gifted with an random item, she'll crack an reference and the player will be on their way. But it's optional to keep interacting with her to hear some phrases.

Despite all of this nice things that Rule-Breaker does for the player, how could she be an high threat to the player?
Rule-Breaker only becomes an high threat if the Principal catches the player getting something from Rule-Breaker or just in her presence overall.

Since it's violating the "No fourth wall breaks" rule.

Not only that but he'll give you an high penalty for being with Rule-Breaker. Basically, you're screwed with the 99 seconds.

Overall, going to find Rule-Breaker is an risk-taker! It's optional to find her but it comes with a price.

By the way, she won't be found after the player gets their 7th notebook. For reasons that are unknown.

Quotes:

Like most of the BBIEAL characters, she consists of poor audio voice. However, her voice is quite similar to the voice that does the verses to 'Pumped Up Kicks'. Listening to the quotes can tell that Rule-Breaker is just another rebel with an bad attuitude, who has common sense at least. And has an big mouth for conversations. Let's get to Rule-Breaker's references in her quotes! Also an mini competition of who can guess all those references.

"Psst-! Over here, kid."
[Rule-Breaker's voice, indicating the player that she's near.]

"Ugh, they should've gotten rid of the pathetic potato sack."
[One of the interactions with Rule-Breaker.]

"SERIOUS? AND LET'S A GIMPY LIMPY DOG WITHOUT THE LEAS- I'M DONE."
[Another interaction that seems to be triggered after the character gets their recent detention. She seemingly trying to avoid swears.]

"Child abuse. He's literally comitting child abuse. What the heck can I do, we're stuck in these horribly programed halls."
[A interaction with Rule-Breaker.]

"Damn sliding hose, programed to think that he's a smart-ass and helping the school when he's HELPING HELL."
[Another interaction, with a bit more slurs.]

"Now, let's hope this doesn't crash the game or windows."
[When giving the player an BSODA.]

"25 cents. Wish I could give you like an extra 22 cents... Actually, I would've tossed it at the little brat to get her attention."
[Giving the player an quarter.]

"Don't get too hyped or you'll crash and burn like your stamina bar."
[Giving the player the Zetsy Bar.]

"DESTROY THOSE EARDRUMS LIKE SCREAMING FOR DEATH METAL!!!!"
[Giving the player the BAHAD]

"Lock your friends, Lock your kids, Lock your wives, Lock your sins- OH GOD, DON'T- JUST GO."
[Giving the player the Yellow Door Lock.]

"THESE WEREN'T CAR KEYS. I WOULD'VE RAN THEM OVER 5 STARS! AM I RIGHT KID?"
[Giving the player the Principal's Keys.]

"whistling the pumped up kicks song."

[Indication that she's near.]

"whistling the kahoot theme."

[Another indication that she's near.]

"Kid, someday I'm coming with a friend named Maggie and it'll be a bloody show."
[Rare quote by her.]

"1999-DK-EH"

[Random slurs by Rule-Breaker.]

"2007-4-16"

[A random slur by Rule-Breaker, again.]

"AL-2012"

[Random words from her mouth.]

"Kiddo, not a good time, YOU RAN INTO THE RAD-!"

[Happens if the principal is chasing the player.]

SHOOT! SHOOT! SHOOT!
[Faint gun-shots that are drowned out by the noise after getting the 7th Notebook.]

ALRIGHTY! I'M DRAINED TO THE CORE.

TOOK A LOT OF RESEARCH BOIS.

And I know, I didn't put enough information for this character but-!
I hope it made the cut for the Baldi's Basics fandom and an good character for fun.

And I understand if you don't like her for what she poses as if you look deeper. You can make theories! I'm fine with that, besides the Baldi's Basics characters don't have backstories which fans make headcanon to fill the plot hole.
