Haha, you remembered that Triela plays chess. And who else would have taught her?
If you follow Yu's Twitter feed, he still posts the occasional GsG pic. Doubt he's ever going to continue the manga though. Guess that's up to us devoted amateur writers and artists.

Haha, yeah, there's still a few of us around drawing fanart or writing, but the number's dwindling. Even the old Cyborg Central forum's pretty quiet these days.

Yeah it's kind of slowly drifting away... kind of fitting I guess. But hey it gets a new fan every now and then and I still hope for season 3 or... you know any new GsG content

Yeah, unfortunately with no new content it's not bringing in many new fans. You could see it almost immediately after the manga wrapped up people starting to drop off. Unfortunately I get the feeling Yu Aida isn't that interested in creating new content for it either.

Yeah...the manga ending...yeah...I can see why you would see people dropping of from the fandom at that point in time
Anyway what gives you the impression that he's not interested in more GsG ?
I mean isn't his 1815 manga ending too ? Doesn't that increase the chance of new GsG content ? At least from 0 to something.
I mean sure he probably was DONE with the manga when he ended it. But people like to come back to things and it's been a while.

I guess I am basing that assumption on the end of the manga. I dunno, it just felt in some respects like he was trying to wrap it up in a hurry... and don't get me wrong, I understand that. After hacking away at a project for over a decade I think I would be ready for something new as well.
