Claira is, and always has been a history buff. She is a huge collector of old junk. But to her, one mans trash, is another mans treasure.
“Hey George.”
“Hey Claira.” George was the owner of the shop Claira went to collect stuff. He was not happy. He was bitter and wasn’t a people person.
“Got any new stuff?”
“Yeah someone just dropped off a box. I wouldn’t call this junk new but take a look.” George handed her the box. After a couple of minutes of looking through the nick-nacks, models, bad looking paintings and stuff that doesn’t belong in there, she found a wooden green mask.
“How much for this?”
“$40.”
“Two minutes ago it was a piece of junk now it’s $40! What’s with the sudden change of heart?”
“Because it isn’t trash to you and you’re the only person who comes here and I need the money.”
“Fine here.” She handed the $40 to him.
