Great amount of detail, giving a beautiful texture to the fractal! Almost like layers and layers of it. Is it the technique posted at the FracFan forum?

Layer after layer of spirals, leading me further and further into the image. The sense of depth is nicely reinforced by the scale of the spirals, which become smaller in each succesive layer, as well as by the colors' value changes, which become darker and more saturated deeper into the image. I like the asymmetric composition and I feel that the curved line running diagonally across the image creates a very slight element of tension and linear motion which I find quite pleasing.
