I tried to work with a bit of a different style and worked with blending my prismacolors. I love this drawings, and it looks better in real life of course!Tori Grayson is a 15 year old girl with brown hair that reaches a few inches below her shoulders with great volume. She has bold, blue eyes with long eyelashes to further make them stand out. She likes the color purple, especially lilac purple.
Tori likes nature and flowers and often takes walks in the city park. She likes going sightseeing with her spare money during breaks and works a parttime job at a local cafe.
Tori likes talking a lot and has a best friend names Skyla Waters. She is a kind girl with a big heart. She likes helping others and often smiles.
Tori is a beautiful girl, both inside and out.

I think the drawing is okay. It's nothing really special, but it's good to see that you've drawn it on the whole paper, since I find that quite hard (keeping the proportions right and such).
I suggest you when you color to color slowly, just like you're having layers of the color. You coloring technique is, how should I say, reckless. It seems like you're drawing every piece of the paper differently, instead of looking at one part of the DRAWING, not the paper. If you don't understand what I mean here's the explanation; If I were to draw that, I'd firstly color lightly the shirt, then a little darker shade it until I'm satisfied with the look.
What I like is her expression, because she doesn't look stiff, but you might have to grab a ruler and slowly measure everything, it's a lot better than drawing directly without thinking.
I'm new with critiques and I hope this didn't offend you or anything, it's just meant for your improvement.

The reason my coloring was messy was a lot because of the fact that I was trying a new style, and then at some point started rushing for whatever reason.

And trying new styles is great, indeed, experiment until you find one that you like the most. Keep it up and you'll improve really fast.

Hello, I'm from with the tag word "purple"
This is a pretty good drawing as a whole, and you appear to know your way around shading, but there are a few issue I need to address.
- the breasts could be drawn better, they've been drawn looking completely separate from each other, since she's wearing a shirt, the fabric won't just fall right back down to her chest when the breast isn't there to keep it up. Instead, make a solid line across the chest (under the area where the breasts are supposed to be) and curve the line up slightly closer to the center.
- also, the head appears to flatten out toward the top, try drawing the entire shape of the head first before adding the hair. That way you have a more rounded head.
Other than that, there's not much to comment on, it looks quite nice IMO
