Wow. I donβt now what to say. Great composition, I love the line quality it really reminds me of an older marvel comic book. I love the mark. And I think that the separation of the back round really makes the painting work, the orange is also a great it really changes the way that you look at it. Its also creates great contrast between the black and white. I also really like the smoke I think that it provides a soft element to the painting and gives the eye a chance to rest!

Some are based on a reference. What can I say - I'm a huge comic fan. But a comic book? No, not my kind of thing. I made one when I was 8 years old. Didn't turn out very well... Haha.
