I am completely straight and even I think that guy is gorgeous. That is a great job capturing the innocent peace of a sleeping face juxtaposed against the telltale signs of a violent lifestyle all over his body.
I am with GuruOfNonsense though in thinking that the headboard shelf does look perpendicular to the figure rather than in the same plane. If I concentrate on it I can see it the way it is intended, but it is not blatantly obvious.

This is beautiful and I loved the last commission did of this character, but my mind, being the way it is, can only sit here and try to figure out how his glasses are sitting on a plane perpendicular to the one he's sleeping on and stay there! >.o

I can not put into words how much I love this. You always bring my Lloyd to life in such a amazing way. You get every little detail about him so perfect.
Lloyd always looks just how I see him in my mind when you paint him and that means so much to me.
I love that you added his glasses in to!!! That was a perfect detail to add! It makes perfect sense that they would be so close!!! I love that!
i also the pose he is in! So perfect for Lloyd! Also the sun light is perfect to!
