HEY. I'm sorry the end is super harsh but this icon is super long and there was no way i was getting it under 15 kb so i had to cut ends shortI almost gave it an animated background but i don't have time and honestly, i don't think i could have put it under 15 kb either lol.
I really like the design and i think the animation is cool i'm just really fussing about deviantart's icons and why do they have to be so crappy
